Add your July–September statements and receipt photos. YellowBAS works out G1, 1A and 1B and keeps personal spending out. You check it, then you or your accountant lodge.

Bank statements (PDF, CSV, OFX or QIF) and receipt photos or PDFs, all in one go. You go straight to My BAS. Downloading the PDF or Excel needs a free sign-in with your email.
- Your files are read on your phone or computer, not uploaded
- A draft you check. You or your accountant lodges it, not us.

Made from the sample statement, as a sole trader, after its 5 questions are answered (the 2 grocery lines marked personal). Try it yourself with the link above.
Three steps
Add your statement and receipts
Bank statement PDF, CSV, OFX or QIF. Receipt photos or PDFs.
Answer a few questions
Business or personal? YellowBAS asks only about lines it can't place.
Check your draft
G1, 1A and 1B, with each figure linked to its bank line. Sign in free with your email to download the PDF or Excel.
What if it's wrong?
Nothing is lodged. Every figure links back to the bank line or receipt it came from, so you can check it and change it before you use the draft.
Your accountant lodges?
Hand them clean files. YellowBAS can fill in your accountant's own Excel template, with personal spending already kept out.

Quick answers
Is it really free?
Yes. No card and no sign-up to start. To download your BAS draft (PDF) and Excel report you sign in with your email, which is also free. AI sorting (optional, with the free sign-in) is free up to 300 lines a month. No subscription, nothing to cancel, and it's not a trial. If we add a paid extra later, it will be optional and priced on the site first.
Where do my files go?
Nowhere. YellowBAS reads your statements and receipts right here in your browser. They aren't uploaded to our server or anyone else's. If you choose AI sorting, only shop names are sent, never your files, amounts or account numbers.
Which banks does it read?
CommBank, NAB, Westpac, ANZ, St.George, BankSA, Bankwest, Bendigo, Suncorp, ING, BOQ, Macquarie and more, plus Square, Stripe, PayPal and Shopify reports. PDF, CSV, OFX or QIF.
Does it lodge my BAS?
No. It makes a draft with G1, 1A and 1B. You check it, then you lodge it with the ATO yourself or your registered agent does.
What if a figure is wrong?
Every figure links back to the bank line or receipt it came from, so you can see why it's there and change it before you use the draft.
Get it done before 28 October.
